Eastwood Home Expansion

The original structure, a cozy 1,297 square foot home, was in need of more space to accommodate a growing family. We added an impressive 1,346 square foot second story, designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing architecture. This new addition includes a spacious living area or game room, perfect for family gatherings, relaxation, or entertainment, a full bathroom featuring modern fixtures and finishes for convenience and style, and two additional bedrooms providing ample space for family members or guests, each room designed with comfort and functionality in mind.

While the second story brought new dimensions to the home, the first floor received a comprehensive makeover to enhance its appeal and functionality. We transformed the primary bathroom into a luxurious retreat with contemporary design elements, high-quality materials, and thoughtful touches that promote relaxation and comfort. The kitchen received significant upgrades, including new countertops, cabinetry, and state-of-the-art appliances, creating a modern and efficient space for culinary adventures. Additionally, the living room was rejuvenated with fresh finishes and updated fixtures, giving this outdated space a new and clean look that invites warmth and togetherness.
